The BIG ADVENTURE

As part of my Jubilee celebrations towards the big Five Oh I decided on a solo trip of a lifetime, exploring Botswana, then on to see the Victoria Falls, heading south through Namibia, back to South Africa. The budget was less than shoestring and inexpensive Baked Beans appeared on my menu.

Out of focus

Baked Beans Jubilee is going off the radar for a while.  My focus has to shift to 2010 FIFA World Cup till around 12 July.  I'm posting some of my soccer experiences on my other blog Under The Blood Red Sky.

Dreams of taking pics like this will be in the back of my mind keeping me semi-sane until I recover from the forthcoming soccer fever.

you are making me so excited for soccer. i can't understand it, but i'm looking forward to it. i'll miss b.b.j., but at least you'll be posting at u.t.b.r.s. (for now!)
